Amaging: Light Painting.

As usual, jobless on a saturday evening searching for UTubes I came across this concept called Light Painting. I have seen a couple of pictures but never thought there is a concept behind it. A DIY  Guide can be found here.

 

 

 

If you watch this video you will be amazed. Well, its simple as this. Load your camera (DSLR will be good) and set it to bulb mode (some allow upto 5 minutes). Open the shutter by clicking the button. Take a light source - a lighter or flah light or some other source and start painting the picture. I have done this play in my childhood with the lit incense sticks, but not pitcured though.

 

Well, it is not as simple as it is narrated here, but give it a try and try again you will get it one day. Interesting, I will give it a try when I buy my Canon 40D.
